Release of All Licenses and Unrestricted Publication: Change in the Handling of Serial Numbers

Summary

We have reviewed the handling of the works published on this site, released all licenses, and made the works available without conditions. As a result, serial numbers are no longer required for individual works, and the assignment of serial numbers to each work will end. Whether you have already been viewing the works or are encountering them for the first time, please simply receive them as they are.

Background

The chief reason is that we wished to give the highest priority to having the works seen. When procedures and conditions stand at the entrance, what ought to reach people no longer reaches them. We wished to begin with simply having the works seen. For expression intended to loosen despair and open the way to hope, it is natural for it to be open. Rather than managing the works by number, we chose a form in which the works themselves may travel freely.

Additional notes

Although the form of publication has changed, we will continue to create works as before. Our thinking is that the works are opened while their mark remains. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by email.
